Orders & Payments: We accept major cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Prices are in GBP and may change without notice.

Shipping & Risk: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Risk in the goods passes on delivery scan.

Returns: 30-day returns from delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories (including packing cubes). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds: Refunded to the original payment method after inspection.

Warranty: Manufacturing defects covered for 12 months; misuse or accidental damage excluded.

Prohibited Uses: No unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing use of the site.
