You are invited to return any products purchased from TREKARIUS within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied for a full refund including new and sale products. If you received a product which is defective or otherwise of poor quality please notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery of the products for a full refund or exchange.

To begin the return process, we will need your order number and the receipt of your purchase. that you will need to email to info@trekarius.com one of our advisors will inspect your product and validated your return , we will at your choice replace the product if we have the same product in stock or refund you. Should the replacement take longer than 21 days we will contact you to determine if you would prefer a refund.
