FIELD TEST GUARANTEE

60-DAY FIELD TEST  
You may return your TREKARIUS product within 60 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Products must be returned in reasonable condition with proof of purchase.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS  
If your TREKARIUS pack develops a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will review the issue and work toward a fair solution. Approved cases may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation

HOW TO START A RETURN  
To begin a return or report an issue, email us at info@trekarius.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS  
If a replacement is approved and in stock, it will be sent as soon as possible. If a replacement is unavailable or delayed, a refund may be issued instead.

FINAL NOTES  
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by misuse is not covered. All returns and claims are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for every customer.
